What to expect after I complete my NÖRIÁ & CO.order?

Once you shop your favourite boutique item(s) for your little bébé(s) along with completing your payment a confirmation email will be sent to you. The automated email response will provide you with confirmation of your order. Oncer your order is processed you should receive you order within the time frame of 2-7 business days. If your order consists of a custom made item or items not in stock you will receive an email with shipping information. 

Does NÖRIÁ & CO. ship worldwide & how long does shipping take?

We would love our NÖRIÁ Mamas (Canada) to take advantage of our free shipping on orders $200 (before taxes) and more. Only applicable to If the order before taxes is less than $200 your boutique order will be charged on the size of the package, the place of destination & will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

When is the expected delivery of the boutique items and how long does shipping take?

If the item is in stock you will receive your order within the window of 2-7 business days. Within Canada an order usually takes 2-7 business days, whereas for the US shipment can take 5-10 business days and international orders take 10- 15 business days. NEED Express Shipping?

If you need your NÖRIÁ order delivered immediately we can make sure it happens. Please email shop.noriaandco@gmail.com and we will de delighted to arrange an overnight, 2 day or 3 days delivery. Additional shipping charges will be applied and vary depending on the size and weight of the purchase. You can kindly email us for a custom quote at shop.noriaandco@gmail.com. You will receive an email with your shipping information once the order is shipped.

What is your Refund Policy?

We want you to be completely in love with your NÖRIÁ pieces. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied we would love to know, kindly email shop.noriaandco@gmail.com. for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days from the date you have obtained your order. There are NO refunds and no returns for custom pieces. Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

What if I don't want the custom order anymore, or I want to change the colour/size? 

Once you place your custom order you have 24 hours to send us an email if you want to change the sizing/shade. If you decide you do not want it anymore we won't be able to refund you, but within that 24 hour frame we can definitely give you an exchange.  After 24 hours, we won't be able to assist as our design team has started creating the order. 

What if I cannot find the size I am after?

If the size you are after is not available on the website, then unfortunately it means we are sold out of that size. You are welcome to email us and we will have it ready for you within 1-3 weeks depending on the item. We will also let you know when will restock if you are not in a rush. 

My order is not processing online?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The best thing to get your order processed immediately is to email shop.noriaandco@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible to help you process and confirm your order.
